Sprint Analytics was founded by two mates who were also colleagues for many years, Kane Sherlock and Geoffrey Gillian, who bring decades of combined experience in data consulting and analytics. As experts in both practical applications and the latest emerging technologies, such as AI, they excel at delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business success. Geoff Gillian

Director & Co-Founder

Geoff started out in software development prior to moving into an IT management role. His ability to deliver value from business systems saw him move into a regional APAC management role where he successfully delivered many IS projects including multiple ERP implementations in a dozen countries. For many years he prioritised delivering better information from business systems to support decision-making, and a move into data warehouse and business intelligence development two decades ago was a natural progression for him to leverage his talents. Since then, he has used his unique blend of pragmatism, innate understanding of data, and business acumen to delight customers by delivering outstanding BI and FP&A solutions. Outside of work, Geoff wishes his golfing ability was on par with his data wrangling capability.

Kane Sherlock

Director & Co-Founder

Kane has hundreds of BI and FP&A implementations under his belt, he is a seasoned expert who consistently delivers exceptional value to every client. His broad range of skills and experience across numerous industries allows him to shape and analyze data in unimaginable ways. When he's not devising creative new approaches to showcase and report on your data, Kane is likely immersed in his passion for Formula 1, fueling both his competitive spirit and drive for innovation.

Mish Cavanagh-Downs

Chief Fun Officer

Mish's natural gift for connecting with people and a passion for Customer Success and Engagement shine through in her role. Known for building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel valued, Mish thrives on creating long-term success. When she's not chatting with clients, she's hosting her own podcast or appearing on the SBS Documentary The Jury. With Mish in your corner, expect a fun-filled sprint toward success!
